With a 5-2 aggregate win over popular NPSL side Minneapolis City, Angel Trejo-Delgado won the inaugural Lower League eCup Xbox One Championship for the Oly Town Artesians. It capped off an undefeated run for Trejo-Delgado, who has played for the Artesians since 2018 and is heading to Northwest University in the fall to continue his real life soccer career.

Trejo-Delgado took an 3-0 lead through the first leg of the Championship series despite Jonah Garcia, MPLS City’s player, hit the post numerous times over the first 90 minutes.
Garcia broke through first in the second leg and looked like he might make a game of it down by just two near the end of the half, but Trejo-Delgado scored well into stoppage time on the very last kick of the first half to make it a 4-1 aggregate lead at the break.
Garcia would add one in the second half to make it a two goal game, but Trejo-Delgado scored the dagger in the 90th minute and took the 5-2 aggregate win.
