On Sunday, the Men’s USL2 team face Ballard FC for the second time of the season – this time in Olympia.

It was a nearly a scoreless first half until the 38′ when Ballard opened the scoring. Just when Ballard thought they’d go into the half up 1-0, Alec Zimmerman secured a goal for Oly Town in the 40′.

The teams went into halftime all squared up. The next 45′ would determine it all.

Oly Town had great opportunities throughout the second half, but none finished through. Ballard was also unlucky in their opportunities ending the match in a 1-1 draw. Oly Town earned their first point of the season and will face Ballard for a third and final time in July.
