OLYMPIA, WA – Oly Town Soccer announces USL Tryouts among a list of of exciting community events in January 2023. The Oly Town Artesians are set to resume Western Indoor Soccer League play on January 14th while USL Tryouts are slated to begin Sunday January 8th in Lacey and is open to the media and public.
Oly Town is inviting all college soccer players, youth academy and adult soccer players to tryout for their path to professional franchises with USL in both men’s and women’s soccer on Sunday in Lacey at the Regional Athletic Complex. All participants will receive commemorative USL Trial Top and Cleat Bag. Dancing Goats will be on hand serving hot coffee and cocoa to spectators.

Oly Town arena soccer comes home January 7th after an 8-week absence to the Evergreen State College Pavilion to host Bellevue FC in an exhibition at 4PM and will have family fun activities as well as former United States Men’s National Team player Jason Dunn, who is also a former Seattle Sounder. Special $7 tickets for being on the 7th of January can be purchased here.
The Men will then be home January 14th and January 21 to resume Western Indoor Soccer League play where they currently sit atop the table with four wins, one loss and one tie. Their last match on December 19 was a win on the road against Olympic Force in Bremerton.
The Artesians Youth Soccer Camp Series directed by Coach Jason Smith is set for January 21, 28 and February 4th and is open to ages 7-10 and 11-13. The camp will be indoors away from the rain or snow and will feature an array of skills drills and game play. All kid’s will receive a commemorative kid’s soccer camp shirts and connect with Artesian soccer players.
