2023 W LEAGUE SIGNINGS
HISTORY OF THE OLY WOMEN’S SOCCER PROGRAM
Oly Town FC Outdoor Women’s Soccer Program was founded in 2021 and played a host of exhibitions against NWPL squads. Their final record was an undefeated 4-0-1 record and featured a number of rising high school, college stars as well as veteran of Division One Program West Virginia University, Kailey Utley. Captained by Delaney Smith who attended Evergreen State College the team was invited to the Northwest Premier League the following year in 2022.
Oly Town FC competed in the NWPL starting in April 2022 and posted a 4-2 record losing twice to CFC Atletica despite hard fought matches both home and away. The Artesian Women were the #2 Seed heading into the NWPL Championship and were to travel to Salem, OR, home to #1 Seed CFC.
Oly Town would knock off #1 Seed CFC Atletica with an 89th Minute game tying goal and subsequent Penalty Shootout thriller which featured and incredible game winning save from Olivia Brock to crown the Artesians the Champions of the WA/OR Northwest Premier League.

How will I know if I am invited to the tryout in March 19 2023?
Once you fill out the tryout form and pay you will be invited by the coaching staff to participate in the March 2023 trial. You will be given information on time, date and location. If you have not heard anything within 10 days of the tryout date, please email playnow@olytownfc.com
Where are Oly Town Practices and Games?
Olympia, WA and Lacey, WA — various facilities and stadiums (all field turf). Schedule provided after tryouts to those invited.

Does Oly Town offer housing during the year?
Yes, but limited. It is best to pre-plan your 3 months competing in Olympia, WA so be proactive!
Training Schedule?
Practices during the week and matches mostly Friday – Sunday. May through first part of July.
Coaching Staff?
Oly Town historically has brought in a mix of college, pro, pro-am and elite youth level coaches to help provide an array of ideas and execution to it’s USL Teams. As such you should expect multiple coaches including a dedicated keeper coach throughout the season.
Does Oly Town Offer Jobs?
Oly Town has dozens of local business partnerships in both construction, restaurant, media, bar/pub and administrative companies. If you need an interview we can provide one for your stay as you will have time to work during the days to make your own money.
