OLYMPIA, Wash. – On Saturday, February 12th, Oly Town (#3 Seed) traveled to the Bellingham Sportplex for the semifinals against Bellingham United (#2 Seed). Unfortunately, Bellingham went away with a 7-3 win over the Artesians and will advance to yet another Western Indoor Soccer League championship.

Bellingham scored first, but with less than 2 minutes left in the first quarter, Alex Vogt got one in for Oly Town. Oly Town was neck and neck with Bellingham up until the last minute of the quarter when United smashed in 2 back-to-back goals from Bellingham #11 Dylan Langei and #6 Danny Fazio.

The first quarter came to an end with Bellingham in the lead 3-1. This was a lead that they were then able to keep for the remainder of the game.

Bellingham #8, Thomas Watson was the only one to score in the second quarter. Oly Town walked into the second half down 4-1.

With 6:17 left in the third quarter, Collin Tate shortened the gap for the Artesians. A 4-2 score was an exciting site for the Artesians against Bellingham. Nevertheless, Bellingham was able to extend their lead by 3 more goals.
